V.I.P. Cleaning Franchisees are ready and prepared to resume service to our residential clients.

New protocols and procedures are in place to ensure all V.I.P.

Lawnmowing and Gardening Franchisees & Cleaning Franchisees can provide you with the VIP service in a safe manner that you have come to expect and love.

Safe distancing, sanitisation and contactless payment will be in play under the new V.I.P. Cleaning and Lawn & Garden Protocols. Please talk to your franchisee by phone or text or call our 0800 84 64 84 where our delightful operators will take your message and pass it on for you.

If you require any cleaning services, please call us and we will arrange to come and quote.Our cleaners will be protected to protect you. We have invested heavily in PPE gear to ensure everyone’s safety. In addition, we have procured special cleaning products to ensure your property is disinfected and totally clean.

Please remember to practice safe distancing at all times.

For our outdoors services, we ask you to remain indoors while V.I.P. tends to your property and your account will be emailed to you with payment by internet banking. If you do not have access to the internet, don’t worry, we have that sorted for you – just speak to your local V.I.P. franchisee.

If you are unwell, please contact your franchisee and advise them – your service will be postponed until you are feeling better.
